Linda was wonderful to work with. We were looking for a house to buy to retire to
when we were ready to leave Roseburg. In the meantime, we were going to rent it to
our daughter and family. With that in mind Linda was very considerate of trying to find
something that would work for all of us. With her help she found the perfect house for
our situation.

Linda is very attentive and listens carefully. We always felt very comfortable and
considered. I trusted her completely. She is active in looking, but not pushy. She is not
ego-centric in thinking she needs to know all the answers, but she will find an answer.
She has great contacts with people if repairs need to be done. She has a wonderful
knowledge of houses and is honest in her findings.
Aside from her realtor skills what I truly appreciate is her exuberance she has for her job
and I feel her life as well. It is clear that she is a people person and it comes out in her
passion to be of help to her clients.
